About Me

Named one of the top “100 Most Influential Agents in Southern California” by Real Estate Executive Magazine in 2016, Linda Wilson has been serving clients on the central coast for more than 25 years. As the broker and owner of Wilson & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty in San Luis Obispo, Linda established the first Sotheby’s franchise in the county. Proud to be a woman-owned business, Linda offers professional real estate services for buyers and sellers, specializing in the sale of unique residential properties, land parcels, estates, ranches and vineyards.

Offering clients the highest level of professional integrity, remarkable service, and decades of regional expertise have contributed to Linda’s industry success and respected standing in the community. She is a recognized Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist, and has been awarded Fidelity National Title Top Producer in the county.

Linda holds the professional designations of CRS, CRB and GRI, and is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. A member of the National Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS and Women’s Council of REALTORS, Linda holds Broker licenses in California and Colorado and served on professional standards boards in both states.

Linda Wilson’s extensive local community involvement includes serving as the current President of Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo Daybreak, and current member and past president of P.E.O. Chapter XZ, striving to further women’s education. She also previously served as President and board member of FPAC (Foundation for the Performing Arts Center), and is a major contributor to numerous nonprofit organizations.
