About Me

A San Luis Obispo native, Cal Poly graduate and 3rd generation Realtor, Stephanie Ronca has spent years understanding San Luis Obispo County, the local cities, communities, neighborhoods, school districts and market trends.

Prior to venturing into real estate, Stephanie received a Bachelors of Science Degree in Journalism with a concentration in public relations, from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Stephanie credits her digital marketing knowledge, communications skills and “learn by doing” mentality to her Cal Poly education. Upon graduation from Cal Poly, Stephanie relocated to Southern California, working in sports marketing for a boutique sports agency and the Los Angeles Dodgers. She then followed in her mother’s footsteps (fellow Sotheby’s agent, Tracy Ronca), pursuing a career in real estate, as both a Realtor and digital marketing manager at a Manhattan Beach luxury real estate firm

Today, as a Realtor at Wilson & Co. Sotheby’s International Realty, Stephanie is passionate about helping her clients achieve their real estate goals. Stephanie works with both buyers and sellers and is able to pair her local knowledge and digital marketing background, to efficiently market listings and represent her clients extremely well.

Stephanie is on the Board of Directors for the Cal Poly Alumni Group’s SLO Chapter, a member of the San Luis Obispo Association of Realtors and active with the SLO Young Professionals Networking Group. Stephanie currently resides in San Luis Obispo and enjoys hiking, golfing, playing tennis and visiting the local wineries with her friends.
